Bring the family to our beautiful condo with its prime location on Holiday Isle between the Destin Harbor and the Gulf of Mexico! This updated 2-bedroom condo is a 5-7 minute walk to the beach, jetties and snorkeling cove!! There is a partial Gulf and Harbor views from the balcony. This condo is a perfect place to relax and enjoy your time on the amazing Emerald Coast! Come seen the famous beaches, go on a dolphin cruise or fishing trip and watch the amazing sunsets from the beach!

This condo is close to everything from restaurants, to activities, parks and has beach access to both the protected East Pass beaches and the Gulf of Mexico. We have recently done upgrades to the condo in the living room, kitchen and bathrooms. Walk to the beach, snorkel at the jetties snorkeling cove, watch the dolphins swim in the crystal clear water and take in the amazing sunsets.

There are two parking spots available downstairs, a garage to keep your belongings in, a gas grill as well as a couple bicycles, beach chairs and an umbrella. It is a short walk up one flight or stairs to the unit. There is no elevator in this building.
